Registration

Rome Fashion Path is a yearly event, spread throughout the city of Rome and totally dedicated to the promotion of fashion, whose goal is to offer the public of enthusiasts and buyers an overview of the fashion offered and produced in the Capital, through hundreds of events in which Boutiques, Stores, Flagship stores, Fashion Schools, Showrooms and Institutional or Independent Fashion Spaces will open the doors of their spaces proposing collections, events, talks, meetings, performances, in-depth studies and extraordinary openings. Designers, Brands, Tailors and Workshops will organize events, ateliers and presentations to welcome fans and buyers to their work space and open new perspectives of knowledge about their stylistic research. Influencers, Bloggers, Stylists and Personal shoppers will offer thematic guides to address the public and/or organize guided tours and customized itineraries in the city. Participating in RFP therefore means giving a concrete opportunity to one’s business and also to the city of Rome to emerge, as it deserves, in the international fashion scene.

Presence

The card of each participant will be visible forever even after the end of the event and if he/she does not participate in the next edition it will be visible 365 days a year for all the years to come and will be indexed excellently by search engines.

Visibility

Seeing your events included in the official program, benefiting from the possibility of being published in thematic guides or included in guided tours means greatly increasing the visibility of your business.

Control

Each participant will have complete control over the published data and will be able at any time, during and after the event to modify them as they wish as well as they will be able to edit, add or delete images that concern them.

Opportunities

Members will be able to participate in the technical tables and networking system designed to connect and create business opportunities between Showcase, Creator and Tracker and will instantly acquire data from the audience that will attend their events or take advantage of any discounts offered in order to broaden their customer base.

Uniqueness

Each participant will be assigned a FashionCode, a unique code that will distinguish them in the landscape of fashion industry players and allow them to have a personalized url to have their card displayed to the public or buyers.

Support

RFP’s system will automatically create all kinds of communication materials needed to promote the participant’s business, event invitations and posters, post graphics for Instagram, facebook and Whatsapp status stories, business presentation poster, QR-code referral to personal card, and more.

REGISTRATION

Registration will close on April 31, each participant can only register for one category. Participation is restricted to professionals and the application will be evaluated by a committee.

To complete the application an accurate description of the activity and a representative photo/cover will be requested in addition to the data on the participating subject/entity. For the Tracker category a resume will be additionally requested and for the Creator category some of photos illustrating the production.

the application can be completed in multiple stages and no payment or billing information will be requested during completion.

EXPENSE CONTRIBUTION

Since the main intent of Rome Fashion Path is to promote fashion in the city of Rome the entry fee contributions are practically symbolic and vary by category and timing of entry.
