The email must be the one of the person responsible for RFP membership, i.e., the person in charge for any contact and who will update the content on the site; the email of official activities may be different.

If you have already started an application and haven't completed it, enter the same email and you can start again where you left off.

To complete the application an accurate description of your activity and a representative photo/cover will be requested in addition to the data on the participating subject/entity. For the Tracker category a resume will be additionally requested and for the Creator category some of photos illustrating the production.

No payment or billing information will be required for categories that must provide the application fee until the application is approved.
