I graduated from Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma in Scenography with the thesis relating to the Costume design course, my research was an in-depth study on the psychology of clothing.
After some years of experience in the entertainment sector, both in costume and set design, I was lucky to complete my studies with the master's degree in high fashion design at Accademia di Costume e Moda, always in Rome.
The thirst and desire to know more and more led me to delve into issues related to the influence of psychology and the environment on clothing.
Now I work as an independent designer for my little brand of clothes and accessories. My philosophy is "less is more", I try to be attentive to "the right" in terms of ecology and the needs of those who wear my creations.
Another passion of mine is the world of entertainment; I'm active in theater and audiovisual sector as a costume and set designer, seeing my work come to life on stage or screen is something indescribably wonderful.
I also provide consultancy on textiles and processing techniques for companies, brands or private individuals
My work on my brand "EMV" is rather a study of the expression which can be achieved through fashion. I'm a kind of researcher of substance in the world of appearances.
EMV aims to investigate… a visual impact of garments created by the connection between the soul and the circumstances.
