Slivs, which was created with the aim of combining high fashion/tailoring and streetwear, is the fusion of some letters of my name and surname. I am Samuele Salvatori, a twenty-one-year-old Roman who has been passionate about fashion since I was a child, graduated from the Fashion course of art high school and is now enrolled at NABA (New Academy of Fine Arts). Precisely by taking advantage of the techniques acquired during my journey, Slivs was born.
But what is Slivs? It is a new, small company that really focuses on the choice of materials and fabrics used in the production process, in order to give comfort and aesthetics to streetwear products made in compliance with the most classic techniques dear to Made in Italy.
From the sketch of the garment to its packaging, with Slivs I particularly care about originality: without prints and without logos, what really matters to me is leaving the fabric free to express its beauty. The concept of simplicity, combined with that of the purity of the materials and the essential competence of Made in Italy, is for me the fulcrum of my experiences
