Fashion show and exhibition of haute couture garments created by students, showcasing pattern making, moulage and tailoring in the evocative Sala delle Vele

The "Nicola Zabaglia" School of Arts and Crafts presents a fashion show and exhibition of garments created as part of the Moulage Pattern Making and Haute Couture Dressmaking course, a program dedicated to technical and creative training in fashion and tailoring. This initiative marks the culmination of a series of activities scheduled for May 13, 14, and 15, designed to showcase the work completed during the courses and offer the public an opportunity to experience firsthand the techniques, processes, and results of the Schools' activities. On May 15, at 5:30 p.m., a fashion show will be presented featuring garments created during the Moulage Pattern Making and Haute Couture Dressmaking course taught by instructor Monica Cosimi (https://www.mocoatelier.com/). The garments on the catwalk illustrate the students' journey, from pattern making to mannequin work, all the way to the final garment. The fashion show thus becomes not only a presentation, but also a showcase of the craftsmanship, attention to detail, and stylistic research that characterize haute couture. The event will be held at the headquarters at Via di San Giacomo 11, in the prestigious Sala delle Vele, a particularly charming space that will provide the backdrop for the presentation of the works and the dialogue between training, creativity, and sartorial tradition.
