Area Contesa ArteDesign
Founded by Teresa M. and Tina Zurlo on Via Margutta, Area Contesa Arte is a cutting-edge international gallery that promotes global artists and organizes unique events combining art, design, and culture, creating a complete and engaging experience.

Driven by a passion for art and the desire to create a space where art can be bought, sold, and fully experienced, Teresa M. & Tina Zurlo founded the Area Contesa Arte International Gallery in the heart of the capital, at Via Margutta 90, the historic artists' street. Thanks to their passion, professionalism, and commitment, the gallery boasts artists from around the world, forging a significant position in the international art scene, also thanks to the organization of an art exhibition in Los Angeles and collaborations with galleries in the Middle East.

Area Contesa Arte is a cutting-edge gallery. What do we mean by cutting-edge?

A complete explanation of the concept of artistic uniqueness in general; Indeed, the events that characterize the Gallery's artistic life are unique: the creation of themed exhibitions (painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, graphics, installations), a large presence of art critics, media presence, and personalities from the worlds of art, cinema, entertainment, and sport, all in close dialogue between critics, the Gallery, and the Artist. All this creates a one-of-a-kind event: the participation of artists, the public, television and radio networks, set photographers, and visibility on social media and in newspapers, creates a perfect blend of passion for art, passion for artists, for culture, for theater, for poetry, and for books. All these elements form an important whole for the ARTIST who feels at the center of a universe.

After 15 years, the Gallery has embraced art and culture at 360°, incorporating the word "Design" into its name. Today, Area Contesa ArteDesign is a place where contemporary art, fashion, design, literature, and much more meet and intertwine, creating one-of-a-kind events.
