Opera has been operating in the Culture sector for about 30 years, managing reception and hospitality services (ticket office, educational activities, audio guides, bookshop and merchandising, cultural events) within the major national museums and cultural sites, including the Polo Museale Fiorentino, the Archaeological Park of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the Royal Palace of Caserta, the Pinacoteca di Brera, the Etruscan Museum of Valle Giulia and the MAXXI bookshop in Rome.
The tenders for the management of call center and infopoint services for visits and other events at the Palazzo del Quirinale and other offices of the Presidency of the Republic, educational activities at the Istituto Vittoriano (and the Museo del Risorgimento) and Palazzo Venezia, educational activities at the archaeological center of the Museums of Rome and the enhancement activities of the Museo Storico dei Bersaglierei have recently been awarded.
