I AM Management is a highly specialized talent agency, operating in Italy and abroad, that represents a new vision of fashion & talent management. We represent models and actors, guiding them through a path of professional growth.

Experience, intuition, and the ability to anticipate new trends are the distinctive elements with which Armida Leuzzi and Matteo Bastreghi have created an innovative project that brings together fashion, cinema, and advertising.

I AM Management collaborates with fashion designers, photographers, advertising agencies, film and television productions, as well as with the most renowned casting directors in the film industry.
